Sigonella Animal Welfare Society Inc. (SAWS) is a 100% volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and rehoming stray cats and dogs in Sicily.

Every donation helps us rescue, feed, heal, and support animals in need. Together, we can make a meaningful difference - one animal at a time.

Why your donation matters
SAWS does not operate a shelter facility. We rely entirely on donors, foster homes, and community support to continue our rescue work.

- Veterinary care (health checks, vaccinations, blood work, spay/neuter, emergency treatments)
- Food, medication, and essential supplies
- Transportation and rescue logistics
- Daily operational costs and community education
